We get it. We want visitors to see our farm as a way to de-stress and immerse yourself in beauty. Look at a visit to Petal and Thorn as a form of self-care as you stroll through the farm, pick flowers, create your bouquet, and enjoy beauty. We want you to enjoy your time at the farm as an escape from reality.

Our beautiful five-acre flower farm offers an experience you will never forget. When you visit, you will enjoy the beauty of seasonal blooms, as well as the opportunity to learn more about flowers from our staff. 

We are open May-October by appointment. We also offer many special events throughout the seasons.

U-Pick events offer our guests a way to choose seasonal flowers from areas of our farm for a personalized bouquet to take home or give to someone as a gift. These events run from June until October, and are fun for group outings or a romantic stroll with your partner.

What is a Flower CSA? CSA stands for Community Sustainable Agriculture, and it is a wonderful way to enjoy flowers throughout all the blooming seasons here in the Siouxland area. 

Once you subscribe to a package, you will receive a weekly seasonable bouquet of flowers at a pick-up site in Sioux City. 

The bouquet will be beautifully arranged by our Petal and Thorn staff for our customers. A la carte flowers can be added upon request for an additional fee.
